Shift Start + End Times: 8-5:30. Hours/Week: 36.00 Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a community hospital that cares for a highly diverse population in the Boston metro‑north region. As a member of our Medical Specialty team, you will help us care for patients in Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, and Pulmonary Medicine. This includes consults and procedures at our two acute care hospitals and ambulatory care at our three medical specialty clinics. Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. They effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. Qualifications Education/Training: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred. Licensure: Current or conditional MA RN Licensure required. Certifications: Maintains current American Heart Association BLS. Work Experience: Two years current ambulatory nursing required. Infusion experience required. Oncology and Medical Specialties experience preferred. Linguistic Capabilities: Ability to speak a second language preferred.
