SpeedPro Nashville South is looking for a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Wide-Format Graphics Specialist to join our growing team!

We specialize in bringing creative ideas to life through large-format printing, custom signage, vehicle wraps, wall murals, event graphics, and more. Our projects are diverse, our deadlines can be fast-paced, and no two days are exactly alike.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

This is a hands-on position combining print production, graphic design/prepress, finishing, and installation. If you're looking for a position that's strictly graphic design behind a desk, this probably isn't the right fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Wide-Format Production & Finishing

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment.
• Produce and finish a wide variety of graphics, signage, banners, murals, and specialty products.
• Work with materials including vinyl, acrylic, PVC, foam board, and other rigid and flexible substrates.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure consistent quality.
• Assist with inventory, material handling, and studio organization.

Graphic Design & Prepress

• Prepare client-supplied artwork for production.
• Create and modify designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Review files for accuracy, sizing, resolution, and print readiness.
• Prepare digital proofs and production files.

Installation & Field Work

• Install graphics on walls, windows, floors, vehicles, and other surfaces.
• Assist with vehicle wraps, signage, and specialty installations.
• Perform site surveys and take accurate measurements.
• Work professionally with clients at installation locations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and handling installation materials.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in wide-format printing, sign production, graphics installation, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with print production equipment, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Experience with vehicle wraps, vinyl installations, RIP software, or CoreBridge is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Work Schedule

This is an active, physically demanding position involving both studio production and off-site installations.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to safely use ladders as required for installations and production work.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and handling large-format materials.
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors at installation locations.
• This is a full-time position with a primarily Monday–Friday schedule. Occasional overtime, early mornings, evenings, and weekend installations may be required based on project demands.
