Medical Records Clerk | Day Shift, Full Benefits

Centurion Health is seeking a Medical Records Clerk at Graham Correctional Center in Hillsboro, Illinois. The role involves maintaining offender health records, retrieving records for appointments, and initiating records for new intakes. CPR/BLS certification is required and an ability to obtain security clearance is necessary.
