Well Crafted Beer Company is looking for awesome Bartenders to join our team! We seek individuals who have a passion for craft beer and guest experience. This person should possess strong craft beer and cocktail knowledge, have the ability to multitask, and possess a great attitude!

Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

Prepare cocktails and pour craft beer, fill crowlers and growlers
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Prep ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a bartender with 1-2 years experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent knowledge in craft beer, spirits, wine, and mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
