Works closely with the executive management team to drive the institution forward to achieve its strategic goals. Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including employee acquisition, engagement, retention, policies & procedures, benefits management, salary administration, and regulatory & legal compliance. Ensures that the Human Resources function operates effectively across the entire Bank employee base. Coordinates with Division leaders across the Bank to effectively implement Human Resource policies and procedures.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFosters overall team approach to Human Resources that effectively communicates with staff through active dialog and proactive programs.Works with all managers to coordinate all Human Resource functions and ensures strategies/procedures/policies are administered and followed on a consistent basis.Oversee and ensure accountability for the administration of benefits, payroll, HRIS and employee data maintenance.Drives recruitment effort for all personnel required for the Bank to achieve its strategic goals.Partner with department leaders to develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain staffDevelop and monitor career-pathing programs designed to keep employees engaged and provides the path they seek in their financial services career.Administer the compensation program and make recommendations to remain competitive in the marketDevelops and administers a comprehensive performance management program that establishes goals and objectives for each employee to strive to meet.Stay abreast of regulations, recommend changes to align with labor law compliance and train leadership on day to day employment law compliance mattersRecommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.Administers various Human Resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.Adheres to Bank policies and procedures required by federal and state statutes, laws and regulatory rules.Adheres to Company's Safety and Security Policies and Procedures.Adheres to Company's behavioral standards and Core Values, which are Trust, Customer Commitment, Teamwork, Excellence and Performance.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience):Bachelor Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredMinimum 7 years of Human Resources leadershipKnowledge of financial services preferredThorough knowledge/understanding of employment compliance and regulatory issuesExcellent communication skillsHighly organizedSuperior interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedGood problem-solving skillsBudget management experienceStrong people skillsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsComputer literacyPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Mobility sufficient to perform activities required of position, including travel to branch locationsManual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, such as computers, calculators, etc.Ability to actively engage in necessary communications with internal and external customers.Company Benefit Offerings for eligible employees:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance offered 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentPaid Time Off (PTO) starts at 3 weeks per calendar year (prorated for new hires based on start date)12 Paid Holidays (including Birthday)401K retirement plan with up to a 4% Company match and immediate vestingTuition ReimbursementEmployer paid life insuranceEmployer paid disability insuranceVoluntary life and disability insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discounts and PerksCompensation:Annual salary range is $90,000 to $120,000.The posted pay range for this position reflects a good faith estimate.Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, tenure, performance and location.Queenstown Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including protected Veterans and individuals with Disabilities.
