Perform qualitative and quantitative analytical procedures with precision, accuracy, and efficiency. Recognize critical, abnormal, and unacceptable test results, following up according to established protocols. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing quality control checks, maintenance, and minor repairs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of testing techniques, instruments, and factors affecting test results. Train and orient new employees, students, and residents, ensuring proper understanding of laboratory procedures. Interact with laboratory customers courteously and professionally, responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Adhere to established laboratory and hospital policies regarding procedures, quality control, safety, and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
