Quality Inspector

Manpower is hiring for a Quality Inspector who will be reviewing and evaluating quality management systems, processes, and products to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement. About the Role What’s in it for you: Work Schedule: 6pm – 6:15am Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Pay Rate: $20/hr. Responsibilities Conducting Audits: Perform systematic and independent reviews of processes, procedures, and documentation to assess adherence to quality standards and regulations. Identifying Issues: Detect discrepancies, non-conformances, and potential weaknesses in quality systems. Analyzing Data: Evaluate data and metrics related to quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Developing Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations and solutions to address identified issues and enhance quality processes. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Following Up: Ensure that corrective actions are implemented and verified to address identified issues. Staying Updated: Remain current with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations in the field of quality management. Collaborating: Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. Ensuring Compliance: Verify that processes and products meet quality requirements and regulatory standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience working within a manufacturing environment Ability to perform data entry Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts Ability to pull, push, carry up to 15 pounds Required Skills Strong analytical skills Preferred Skills Experience with quality management systems Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Pay rate and compensation package Pay Rate: $20/hr.
