Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Planning Coordinator to support daily planning, logistics, and administrative operations.

This full-time, benefited position offers approximately 3235 hours per week and is based in Steamboat Springs.

The ideal candidate will provide essential coordination support through accurate data entry, scheduling assistance, document management, and communication across teams to help ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with others are required.

Experience in operations, logistics, administration, or related fields is preferred.

This position offers competitive compensation of **$25$29 per hour** along with a comprehensive benefits package.
