We're looking for motivated, reliable people who want more than just a job. This is a Crew Member role with a direct path to Shift Leader for candidates who show up, perform, and want to grow. If you're looking to develop real leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity.

What we're looking for:

18+ years old with some weekend availability
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
Any leadership experience — team captain, club officer, school or community leadership, prior supervisory roles — is a plus
Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced team environment
Prior food service experience a plus but not required — we'll train the right person

What you'll do:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience every shift
Execute quality store operations and food safety standards
Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive culture
Operate register and handle cash per our cash handling policies
Keep the store clean and running smoothly
