About the Role

As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a vital role in early detection and patient care , using advanced imaging technology to produce high-quality diagnostic mammograms. You’ll work closely with physicians and care teams while providing compassionate, reassuring support to patients.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• Educate patients on procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding
• Apply proper imaging techniques to produce accurate diagnostic results
• Monitor and communicate patient status changes to clinical staff
• Maintain strict quality control and safety standards
• Operate, troubleshoot, and evaluate imaging equipment
• Document patient care and diagnostic information accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

What You Bring

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT (RTR) Certification
• Registered in Mammography (or eligibility upon hire)
• Completion of an accredited mammography course
• 1–2 years of experience preferred
• High-energy, team-focused mindset with strong patient care skills

Work Environment & Expectations

• Based at our Greenville main campus
• Occasional overtime as needed to support patient care
• Rare weekend coverage
• Exposure to typical clinical conditions, including radiology environments
• Physical ability to handle equipment and assist patients (up to 50 lbs)
