Title Company is seeking an escrow processor to join the New Construction team. The ideal candidate would be warm, energetic, friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized with at least one (1) year of experience. This is a full-time position offering health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to 401K. Notary Public is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to perform duties involved with closing real estate transactions.
• Work with clients to close transactions in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner.
• Coordinate closings and communicate file status/needs with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and team.
• Order/Distribute title work and title commitments to required parties.
• Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other required closing documents.
• Receive and adhere to closing instructions from lenders and/or their counsel.
• Collect all real estate taxes, homeowners’ association (HOA) dues, and any delinquencies.
• Secure all documents required for the successful close of escrow and issuance of title insurance.
• Attend and participate in closings.
• Prior to disbursement: balance the file, confirm good funds, and verify the accuracy and completeness of all closing documents.
• Manage the entire real estate closing/escrow process, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, closing/escrow requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by manager.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulatory requirements.
