YesJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 7 10 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience and deep expertise in application onboarding, identity governance, and access lifecycle automation within SailPoint ISC. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical professional capable of independently driving complex onboarding initiatives, implementing scalable identity governance solutions, and leveraging SailPoint s AI-driven capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and security outcomes.This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work directly with business stakeholders, application teams, and security partners to deliver high-quality IAM solutions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end application onboarding and integration activities within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Design, configure, and support identity lifecycle management, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows. Configure and manage Sources, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Lifecycle States, Certifications, and Access Requests. Develop and implement automated identity governance solutions using SailPoint ISC Workflows, AI capabilities, and intelligent automation features. Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and other supported connectors. Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex onboarding, provisioning, aggregation, correlation, certification, and access governance issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and optimization of onboarding processes. Utilize GitLab SaaS for source code management, version control, CI/CD deployment, and release management activities. Support compliance and audit requirements by implementing effective access controls, governance policies, and certification programs. Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic IAM transformation initiatives. Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams and stakeholders.Required Experience: 7 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (SailPoint ISC/Identity Now). Proven experience in application onboarding, customization and integration within SailPoint ISC. Strong expertise in: Identity Lifecycle Management Access Governance Access Certifications Provisioning & Deprovisioning RBAC & Access Controls Entitlement Management Role Modeling Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities and automation features within SailPoint ISC to improve governance operations and reduce manual effort. Experience integrating enterprise applications through: REST APIs SCIM Web Services JDBC Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID LDAP Working knowledge of GitLab SaaS, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
