Our current sales producers earn between $60,000 and $110,000 annually. Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales or a closely related client-facing sales role. A valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred willing to train and licensing assistance available. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport. A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their insurance needs.
