Bilingual ROI & Medical Records Specialist (Spanish)

MRO is seeking an ROI Specialist to support client site ROI requests and ensure accurate release of medical records. The role requires full bilingual Spanish communication, accurate data entry, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing requests, logging into ROI On-Line, and handling payments at some sites.
