Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Two weekday call shifts (1730-0700) and two weekend call shifts (Fri 1730-Mon @ 0700) per 6-week schedule. Call coverage for Labor Day weekend required (Fri @ 1730 through Tues @ 0700).

Floating Requirements: Must float to Mount Carmel East at least 1 day a week; no call at MCE.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
