Field Services Representative

Job Summary Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring a Field Services Representative (40 hours/week) to support the Reprocessing Program in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Essential Functions Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit the assigned facility to collect devices in the designated containers. Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers (employing proper techniques to ensure safe shipment of product). Arrange for timely shipment of collection containers. Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to provide an accurate record of all container locations. Provide support to in‑service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager. Make regular rounds throughout the facility, introducing self and Medline ReNewal, and answering questions and addressing staff concerns with the assigned Account Manager. Travel locally 100% of the time throughout greater Cleveland. Ensure program supplies remain stocked for use. Distribute program collateral throughout the facility as directed. Qualifications High School Diploma (GED) preferred. Ability to travel locally 100% of the time around Cleveland, Ohio. Ability to regularly lift at least 30 pounds. Current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record and ability to travel in own vehicle. Ability to be credentialed at the highest level to gain admittance to required rooms within each facility. Good verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self‑initiative and dependability to reliably perform the job independently. Compensation Hourly rate: $19.75 – $28.75 per hour, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The actual salary will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage and salary thresholds.
