Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active licensure as LMHC, LISW, LMFT, LMSW, or School Psychologist (required)
• Experience delivering mental health therapy, preferably in a school or youth-focused setting
• Sound knowledge of crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and counseling techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and staff
• Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group mental health counseling to students
• Support and assist staff during the maternity leave period
• Collaborate with school psychologists and educational professionals
• Document care delivered, progress reports, and recommendations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
