Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in the Customer Insights team within Payments Data & Analytics you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.The Product Manager will work on the Customer Insights team and partner closely with Payments Product, Analytics, Commercialization and Technology teams to deliver and enhance data-driven products that support Merchant Services and our clients. You will work on day-to-day product execution —prioritizing analytics use cases, managing ad-hoc projects, and ensuring stakeholders (internal and external) receive timely, actionable insights. Ideal candidates are also passionate about building and scaling our next generation of AI powered features and products, with a track record of driving adoption from concept through launch and continuous improvement.Job responsibilities Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwn, maintain, and develop a product and client backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuild the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityEstablish product KPIs/OKRs and analytics instrumentation to measure usage, satisfaction, and business impact; run experiments and A/B tests to improve engagement. Optimize adoption to drive desired business outcomes.Manage individual product modules and team workstreams to push product initiatives into the market including alternative forms of data delivery and Ai capabilitiesSupport achieving sales goal targets, supports commercialization by analyzing client target lists, participate in internal and external events, build and maintain competitive intelligence, and identify new data sources to keep the product relevant and differentiated. Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfactionChampion customer-centric design and feedback loops, leveraging insights to continuously refine and enhance product offeringsDrive the adoption of innovative technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, to differentiate products and create new revenue streamsLead stakeholder communications, providing clear updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadershipRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementTechnical expertise and experience in data analytics (e.g., SQL or Python) – candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data to make decisionsFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, drift, explainability) and translating them into product features and controlsManagement consulting skillset (problem solving, impact orientation, business understanding, program management, executive presence, top down communication, presentation skills)Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategiesExhibit leadership in driving cross-team collaboration and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementApply rigorous prioritization skills to balance competing demands and maximize product impactUtilize exceptional project management abilities to deliver products on time and within budgetDisplay a results-oriented mindset, consistently achieving ambitious goals and driving measurable business outcomesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationBachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline, Masters in math, statistics, analytics or Business is preferredExperience in the payments industry and/or fintech or technology-enabled industries is a plusExperience in creating solutions leveraging AI and fluency with the different AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences and build consensus across diverse stakeholdersPossess a proven track record of launching and scaling data-driven products in a commercial environmentShow adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving market landscape JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
