Your key responsibilities will include delivering individualized curriculum and interventions built around the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to provide tailored support, ensuring each student’s educational experience is both positive and productive. Desired Experience and Background:

• Experience working or volunteering with school-aged children, especially those with diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods or similar instructional strategies
• Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive presence in the classroom
• Reliability and commitment to your students’ progress and well-being
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certifications are a plus

Your role will include:

• Supporting students in individual and small-group settings, reinforcing academic and behavioral goals
• Implementing ABA-based instruction and behavior management plans
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, sharing insights with instructional teams
• Providing encouragement and fostering independence in daily tasks
• Adapting materials and approaches to fit each student’s unique strengths and needs
