This travel opportunity is for an experienced pharmacist specializing in hospital and pediatric settings at a renowned children’s hospital. The position offers a unique night shift schedule and requires immediate availability for a 6-month assignment in Kyle, TX. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care to pediatric inpatients, ensuring accuracy in medication dispensing and administration
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems efficiently for patient medication management and inventory control
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for hospital pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license is required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience, preferably in a pediatric hospital setting

Schedule:

• Night shift hours: 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Work schedule: 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off
• Potential transition to a day shift role later in the year due to staff leave coverage needs (through January 13, 2027)
