Our upgraded store will have a larger retail floor, larger bathrooms, a larger kitchen with an expanded menu, two entrances, more registers, and an expanded selection of spirits! Applicants must be 21 years or older and have open availability. Position: Cashier/Associate Wage: $18.44 per hour. Full time (40 hours a week). Job Duties: Follow compliance with register operations policies and procedures Enforce compliance for age restricted sales Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements Accurately and efficiently ringup customers on registers and accurately maintain all cash and paperwork at the registers Communicate customer requests to management Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change Be compliant with established store policies and standards, such as safekeeping funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures Perform all other duties assigned by Management Position Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required or be willing to obtain one within a two year period. Basic math knowledge. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred. River Rock Tobacco & Fuel is a drug-free workplace.
