Our dynamic and fast-paced warehouse operations are the backbone of our success, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods. We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities: Able to sub-in as a driver when needed. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed. Assist with delivery process, accurate and on-time deliveries to Green Light customers. Receive, store, and ship inventory in accordance with company procedures. Load and unload inventory in a safe and efficient manner. Provide exceptional customer service in all facets of interaction. Ensure all system usage and recordkeeping is in accordance with company standards. Maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Monitor and review progress and accuracy of work. Work with management to resolve warehouse related issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Scan and save inbound and outbound orders. Catalog, track and schedule deliveries and shipments. Relevant Work Experience and Requirements: At least 1 year of warehouse experience. Excellent organizational and management techniques. Current Driver’s License. Box truck driving experience is a plus. Must be able to lift or move more than 100 pounds. Must be at least 21 years old. All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening, which includes review of criminal history, motor vehicle records, and a drug screening.
