Optimile is seeking a Design Lead to act as the design authority across our SaaS products, spanning web and mobile. You will drive discovery, UX workflows, and design system governance while collaborating with Product, Engineering and AI-enabled design workflows. You will lead 2–3 squads, mentor designers, and ensure pixel-perfect UI, accessibility, and consistent experiences across platforms.
