We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Associates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience
- Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Learn and stay updated on vehicle inventory and current promotions
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
- Work with the finance department to finalize vehicle purchases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
