Vocational Specialist - Mental Health & Recovery (Telehealth)

Centralnassau is looking for a dedicated professional to work with the CN Guidance FACT team, delivering essential services to individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and have experience in mental health support. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong case management and crisis intervention skills and must be available around the clock for support.
