Cowan is seeking a Driver Manager in Uxbridge to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers. Responsibilities include making safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, balancing the needs of our customers, drivers and the business, providing continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers, managing driver payroll and home time, and collaborating with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.

Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.
