Service Scheduler Ray Laethem dealership is committed to delivering top tier customer service and automotive expertise. We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented Service Scheduler to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Company Overview: Automotive dealership presence in the Motor City for over 40 years and growing Community focused and committed to excellence Job Responsibilities: Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner Answer all incoming service related phone calls Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately Cash out customers for both sales and service transactions Reconcile the daily cash drawer File and scan service documents promptly Job Qualifications: Computer literate to use basic software and scheduling tools Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment Previous experience in an automotive or customer facing roles is a plus Familiarity with dealership management systems and DMS systems is a plus Job Perks: Excellent medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401K Paid holidays PTO time that increases with years of service Room for advancement within our company Excellence is the obligation of all employees at Ray Laethem.
