Call Center Representative

Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a driven and personable Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. In this role, youll connect with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, build strong relationships, and guide prospects toward taking action. Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
• Clearly present products and services with confidence and enthusiasm
• Guide prospects through the sales process and help move them toward a decision
• Handle objections effectively and turn conversations into conversions
• Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications:

• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Valid drivers license
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
• Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid drivers license
