Director of Distribution & CI Scale a National Network

A national distributor of maintenance products is seeking a Sr. Director of Distribution to shape and execute their distribution infrastructure. This role involves leading a large team, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of senior-level experience in distribution environments and a strong background in strategic planning and CI.
