Responsibilities Pega Platform & Release Management: Expertise in Pega development, case management, and owning end-to-end release cycles, including testing and deployment. Ensure business continuity by acting as the trusted authority for resolving high-stakes production issues and providing dedicated on-call weekend support. Serve as the primary contact for data integrity, leading large-scale optimizations (e.g., deleting 2 million records to prevent system shutdowns). Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to write complex SQL queries, accelerating issue resolution and reducing dependency on the database team. Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing all activities from testing with the QA team to final deployment.
