Nursing Educator / RN Instructor – Full-Time (On-Site)

Location: Lincoln Tech, New Britain, CTSchedule: Monday through Friday

Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) with a BSN or MSN to join our Practical Nursing program as Nursing

Educators / Nursing Instructors. No prior teaching experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging nursing education in classroom and clinical settings.

• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at clinical sites.

• Teach nursing techniques, ensuring students gain skill proficiency.

• Assess student learning outcomes and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare future nurses for an exciting and meaningful career!

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN degree.

• Active RN license in Connecticut.

• 3+ years of recent clinical experience.

• Background in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, or similar areas.

• Teaching experience is a plus.

• Comfortable using technology.
