Flexible Work Options – Hybrid or fully remote available for the right candidate Career Growth – Be part of a new and expanding practice area with leadership opportunities Supportive Team Culture – Collaborative attorneys and staff committed to excellence Client Impact – Help everyday consumers hold auto manufacturers accountable Job Details Job Duties: Independently manage plaintiff-side warranty and consumer protection cases from intake to resolution Evaluate claims, conduct consultations, and provide sound legal guidance Draft litigation documents including complaints, discovery, law and motion, and settlement demands Negotiate favorable settlements and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings when necessary Build and maintain strong client communication throughout the legal process Requirements & Qualifications J.D. and active license to practice law in California 3+ years of litigation experience within Lemon Law or consumer warranty cases Additional background in plaintiff personal injury litigation is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle a large caseload and work with minimal supervision Strong advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills Interested in hearing more?
