Nephrologist Job Opening in Tippecanoe County, IN Lafayette, INLocated 60 miles from Indianapolis Position Information:

• Full-time, permanent

• Flexible Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin
\n
• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
\n
• Physician will divide their time between clinic, rounding and dialysis clinic outreach locations
\n
• Call Coverage: 1:4
\n
• Average outpatient volume: 10-15 patients per day
\n
• Average inpatient volume: 0-5 patients per day
\n
• Telehealth offered
\n
• Physician Assistant support
\n
• Minimal travel to outreach locations <1 hour from main campus, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. per shift:
* Crawfordsville: Once a week, 10-14 patients* Rennselaer: Once a month, 10-14 patients* Monticello: Once a month, 10-14 patients Compensation Package: \n
