OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Seaford, DE by HMD Trucking

Seaford, DE

Requirements
  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

  • Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
  • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy description

Run coast-to-coast flatbed lanes from Seaford with a modern fleet and full in-house maintenance.

Position Details:

  • Operate sleeper-equipped trucks with APUs and inverters
  • Secure and transport diverse flatbed loads safely
  • Maintain DOT-compliant logs and safety checks

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $0.70/mile base pay plus $0.10/mile performance bonus
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus and consistent home time
  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)

Applicants need a Class A CDL and at least 12 months of OTR flatbed driving experience.
