You will oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards Job Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the project team
• Manage financial aspect of contracts including fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses to protect the company's interest
• Plan, organize and staff key field positions through the Regional Operations Manager and/or General Superintendent Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water and wastewater construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure systems, including treatment plants, pipelines, and distribution networks
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
