House Cleaner

Location: Billerica, MA, 01821. Job Details Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour. Job type: Full-time Part-time. Schedule: 8 hour shift. Monday to Friday. Day shift. No nights. No weekends. Responsibilities Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead). Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies. You can earn tips too! Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Complete a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks. You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm. Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients. Working Environment You will be working on a team. Vehicle & Compensation Team leaders have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car. They have the ability to make over $850.00 per week, paid weekly. The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.
