Desired Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience.
• Certifications: Possess a valid SIP certification.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Workers' Compensation guidelines and compliance regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various database management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims
• Reviewing billing summaries
• Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation
• Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved
• Ensure timely responses to all communications, addressing telephone inquiries
