Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Patient ratio 1:2. Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per schedule period.

• 32-bed intensive care unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 24-hour orientation period with onsite module training
• Pending New Mexico or Compact license accepted prior to start date

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with ICU background
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (required), NIHSS
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, blood product administration, and interpretation of dysrhythmias and ABGs
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from the location
• Willingness to float to medical-surgical, stepdown, PCU, emergency department, or CVICU as needed (capped at 4 patients maximum while floating)
