We operate through best-in-class collaboration models with agency partners and cross-functional creative teams. While leading the development of innovative films, content, and experiences across owned channels, we also guide agency partners in producing work across TV, print, and out-of-home.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Brand Designer / Motion Designer who believes brands are living systems, not just visual outputs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in building holistic, scalable brand systems that extend across product, marketing, and culture.

You bring strong brand architecture thinking, refined craft, and a systems mindset. You understand how typography, motion, color, voice, and behavior work together to create meaning. You have experience shaping integrated creative efforts across product surfaces, campaigns, and emerging media.

You are comfortable working across a wide range of touchpoints, from in-product experiences to large-scale brand storytelling. You think conceptually and execute with precision, carrying ideas from concept through launch with minimal oversight.

You are equally energized by defining foundational systems and pushing creative expression forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and evolve cohesive brand systems that scale across product and marketing
• Create high-quality design solutions with strong craft and intentional brand behaviors
• Iterate on ideas and concepts, exploring broadly and refining thoughtfully
• Execute hands-on from early concepting through final production-ready delivery
• Translate product UI and in-product experiences into compelling marketing moments
• Partner with marketing, product design, and engineering to ensure alignment across experiences
• Simplify complex narratives into clear, emotionally resonant creative
• Develop conceptual brand expressions that communicate brand value across channels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, with depth in building and evolving brand systems
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft across brand identity, campaigns, web, and motion
• Experience translating brand strategy into compelling multi-channel marketing execution
• Fluency across a wide range of mediums: digital, traditional, experiential, and earned media
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative thinking and rationale
• Proven ability to take initiative and solve creative problems proactively
• Experience working with emerging platforms and technologies (including AI)

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
