Enterprise Business Services Central Procurement SEMAC organization has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Professional dedicated to the acquisition of materials for multiple MFC programs and locations. The position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, performance specification, commercial and build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs for specific and miscellaneous electrical hardware. Duties will include; preparation of bid packages, analyzing and evaluating proposals, selecting or recommending subcontractors, performing price analysis, subcontract/PO documentation and placement, invoice reconciliation, negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Working with program personnel and other areas of the business. This position will require the individual to manage commodities with moderate to high complexity and a high volume of purchase requisitions.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level. Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, components and hardware within Defense industry. Working knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as LMAP and FAR/DFAR acquisition policies.

Experience with the procurement of electrical components. Ability to manage a high-volume commodity that requires some research and challenges in sourcing.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $66,100 - $116,495. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
