Join Our Team and Build Your Future in Design & HVAC Innovation We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in drafting, design, and commercial HVAC systems while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Assist with creating and updating construction drawings and technical documentation Support design and coordination efforts using industry software tools Read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents Collaborate with Designers, Project Managers, and field teams Help resolve technical challenges and contribute to project success Maintain accurate data entry, material information, and documentation Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional training or education in drafting, design, construction technology, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge or experience with AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to learn and work with design and document management tools such as Bluebeam Revu (experience a plus) Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems Skills & Strengths Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr gsm-jobs
