- Monitor financial performance, productivity, medication margin, payer trends, 340B opportunities, and business growth initiatives to support sustainable ambulatory pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Board of Pharmacy requirements, accreditation standards, organizational policies, controlled substance expectations, and specialty pharmacy standards.
- Lead change management efforts related to growth, technology optimization, workflow redesign, space planning, staffing models, patient capture, and service-line expansion.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle and Finance for prior authorization, billing coordination.

Candidates should have at least seven years of pharmacy leadership experience or completion of a PGY2 residency program with at least four years of pharmacy leadership experience. This leader should bring sound judgment, business acumen, regulatory awareness, and the ability to build productive partnerships across clinical and operational environments.
