Mechanical Technician / Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Technician to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of equipment in line with operational demands. This role plays a key part in improving equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and productivity within the Maintenance Base.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform equipment maintenance per established programs and reliability strategies.
Accurately log parts, labor, and maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Follow all standards and procedures under the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) system.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and optimizing cost of service delivery.
Support efforts to enhance maintenance technician productivity and asset turnaround times.
Engage in failure investigations and implement cost-saving repair and reuse projects.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and maintenance processes.
Commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Experience utlized hand tools, power tools in work history
Ability to stand for long periods of time
