Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Unit: 25-bed Adaptive Acuity Unit Ratios: 1:5 Med Surg/Tele; occasional PCU 1:3 Schedule: 36 hrs/week; 48-hour contracts not accepted Experience: 2 years current Med Surg/Tele required PCU: Strong PCU experience required Charge: Charge RN experience required and must be willing to work charge Drips: Insulin, esmolol, and sodium drips required ICU: Strongly preferred Floating: Must float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice Travel: Minimum 3 months previous travel experience required Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS License: Vermont RN or Compact Schedule: Every other weekend; holidays as needed RTO: Maximum 5 days; all requests must be submitted with profile Transportation: Must have own vehicle Call: None Preferred: Small critical-access facility experience Biggest submission requirements: Charge experience, PCU experience, required drip experience, 2 years Med Surg/Tele, and at least 3 months prior travel experience.
