About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and scale its finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's financial strategy in close partnership with leadership, overseeing all financial functions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance, and providing insights on performance metrics and profitability across various business lines. A key aspect of the role is to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team, as well as to manage cash flow, capital allocation, risk, and potential M&A activity. The CFO will also be tasked with implementing and optimizing financial systems and processes to support the company's rapid growth. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth environment, with experience in managing finance across multiple business lines. Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, and financial strategy is essential, and experience in digital, fintech, subscription, or trading businesses is preferred. The role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and a CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced finance experience is also desirable. This is a fully remote leadership role with a direct influence on strategy and growth, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact and to build and scale a finance function from a strong foundation.
