We have full-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions available at La Mercerie in New York City, with a pay rate of $11.00 per hour.

Candidates must have prior fine dining and French dining experience to qualify for this role.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented Executive Chef and grow culinary skills in an upscale dining environment.

Requirement: 2–4+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments required. Strong foundation in classic service techniques and etiquette Knowledge of French food and wine (or a willingness to learn at a high level) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain composed and precise in a fast-paced setting A genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience
