Commercial HVAC Lead Installer


We're looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installers to oversee installation crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation crews.
• Coordinate daily field activities.
• Ensure quality workmanship.
• Train and mentor installers.
• Maintain safety compliance.
• Communicate with project management.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.
