Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Responsible for managing inventory flow, vendor fulfillment coordination, pricing administration, and product data integrity across five retail locations and one distribution centre. Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize inventory levels across five stores and the distribution center. Coordinate product fulfillment with approved vendors to ensure timely product availability. Manage inter-store and distribution centre inventory transfers to balance stock throughout the network. Maintain pricing accuracy, supplier cost updates, and margin integrity within Bis Track. Administer product master data, including item setup, maintenance, and data quality controls. Analyze inventory performance, stock turns, and replenishment requirements to support business objectives. Generate operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve inventory efficiency. Collaborate with Buyers, Store Managers, and Distribution personnel to resolve supply chain challenges and support customer service excellence. Track vendor performance, lead times, and fulfillment issues, escalating concerns when necessary. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, data accuracy, and operational performance.
