Clinical Supervisor
Beech Brook, one of Northeast Ohio's premier mental health agencies, is currently hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Clinical Lead Therapists and Clinical Behavioral Specialist's staff in our expanding school-based population. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This position offers generous benefits!
$4000 Sign-on/Retention Bonus (Prorated for past employees)

Minimum of a Masters Degree
Licensed as LISW-S, LPCC-S or IMFT-S.
Travel to schools and community sites to provide supervision to our school-based clinical team
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to meet compliance requirements
Facilitate effective relationships in order to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team as well as manage partnerships with the schools
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex mental health needs.
