Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Munster, IN area!
Responsibilities:- Maintaining Food Safety and Quality of all products
- Assigning work duties to all Quality Assurance Technicians and measuring work performance
- Ensure a complete inspection occurs daily
- Responsible for all documentation for HACCP plan
- Responsible for all documentation for SQF program
- Administer ongoing employee training
- Participate in employee training program
- May have to act as back up to the QA Technician
- Act as back up to Quality Assurance Manager
- 5+ years experience in food industry
- 2+ years quality control experience
- HACCP training
- SQF exposure
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
